Position Title: President Venture Capital

Position Type: Consultant, 1099, or Full-Time

Position Details:

  1. Must have high level connections with top Wall St. firms such as Goldman, Lehman, Morgan Stanley, etc. (or be a former Executive of one of these firms).
  2. Have a personal Rolodex of “High Net Worth” individuals whom he/she can contact for investment opportunities.
  3. Have a large network of well-connected Brokers which he/she can contact to raise capital for our projects. 
  4. Be well connected with Banking Industry Executives to eventually obtain a “Line of Credit” (LOC) for our company in the very near future.

​Question: Can You Sponsor Investors for EB-5 Investment Visa for US?
Answer: Yes, we can sponsor our investors in China, Middle East, and Asia for US Visa. The visa will include the investor and his family (spouse and children). However, minimum investment required must be greater than $1 Million USD. 

Location:

  • Position is located in Irvine, California. But for right candidate, we will allow you to work remotely from home from anywhere in US.
  • Ideal candidate will most likely be from Southern California or New York area.
  • We will also consider and sponsor candidates located in Hong Kong, China, Singapore, Russia, or Middle East.

Description:

  • Must have minimum 5 to 10 years experience in Raising Capital for Large Scale Real Estate projects from Private investors.
  • 5 to 10 years in private equity, investment banking, or hedge fund career track, and/or a demonstrated record of success in either capital raising or institutional financial sales.
  • Experience in forming large scale private equity fund.
  • Must have established relationships with major Banking and Financial Institutions.
  • Strong writing, communications and computer (MS Excel and Word) skills.

  • Must have excellent list of previous clients (Provided does not violate any pre-existing Non-compete Agreements)
  • Entrepreneurial mindset
  • Independent and self-motivation with ability to work on complex projects with minimal supervision
